A grey cat meowing

Welcome to the Sacramento Animal Hospital Family

Sacramento Animal Hospital has proudly served our community since the 1940s. Over the years, our dedicated staff has become a tight-knit family, and we extend that sense of connection to each of our clients and their beloved pets, considering them our dearest friends.

Prior to Arrival

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment to allow time to process your information.
  • Bring a copy of your pet’s previous medical records. If you don't have these records available, reach out to us before your appointment and provide us with the name of your previous veterinarian. We will then contact them to request the records on your behalf. Please note that some veterinary clinics may require a direct client call before releasing records.

Please note: For the safety and well-being of all, we kindly request that all dogs be leashed while inside the clinic, and all cats be placed in a carrier. If you do not have a carrier, please inform our front desk, and we will be happy to loan you a carrier for use during your appointment. The carrier must be returned to the front desk at the end of your visit.
